Use of the App

Rural Rate Filter NZ helps Shopify merchants manage rural and metro shipping rate visibility at checkout. Merchants are responsible for configuring their Shopify shipping rates and app settings correctly.

Postcode Lists

The app does not provide postcode datasets. Merchants must only upload postcode data they are permitted to use and are responsible for keeping that data accurate.

Checkout Results

The app relies on the postcode entered by the customer at checkout. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing orders and handling cases where a customer enters an incorrect address or postcode.

Billing

The app is offered as a paid Shopify subscription. Billing, trial, and cancellation are handled through Shopify.

Availability

We aim to keep the app reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every shipping setup will be supported.
